A pilot project is run to implement 1 C Enterprise 8.1 ERP System

On July 1, 2009 one of the Agrotrade Group’s enterprises, SK-AGRO LLC, carried out a comprehensive automation of business, tax, operating, management, personnel accounting and salary calculation at an enterprise with the configuration of PEM (Production Enterprise Management) based on 1C Enterprise 8.1 ERP System.

It was for the first time in Ukraine that an agricultural enterprise implemented the following subsystems in the necessary scope: Sales Management, Procurement Management, Production Management, Expenses Management, Stock Management, Funds Management, Pricing, Entity Salary Calculation, Fixed Assets, Capital Assets. The project was implemented by employees of the Financial and IT Departments who received consultancy support from 1 C-TELUR LLC.

The implementation resulted in a higher efficiency in managerial decision-making. The company's management believes that most significant outcomes of the implementation include control of accounts receivable simplified by automated analysis of their dynamics and deadlines, a regular payment control, timely decision-making when a credit line needs to be closed; the turnover of stock increased by sales and procurement control means.

From July to December, this year, the company starts the project for implementation of technical and economic planning for crop production and organization of autonomous data exchange between the accounting subsystems and the TEP subsystem.
