The Agrotrade Group has successfully completed international audit

On October 31, 2008 the Agrotrade Group successfully completed international financial audit. The audit was carried out by experts of Baker Tilly Ukraine, a third-party Ukrainian company, one of the leading players of the national and international markets in the area of audit, consulting, business and managerial accounting, in strict compliance with international audit standards. It was the first international audit ever since the Group of Companies was established. International audit will be held on an annual basis from now on.

Baker Tilly Ukraine’s audit recognized the Group’s financial reporting for 2007-2008 as reliable and transparent thus acknowledging again the company’s stable financial condition, as well as high performance in financial and business activities, in compliance with requirements of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
