Best Employees of Agrotrade Group’s Agro-Industrial Complex

 

Based on results of the 2009-2010 marketing year, Agrotrade management selected best employees of agricultural businesses. Gurlay Y.O , Pedych Y. O. and Kulyk S. L. won The Best CEO of an Agricultural Business, The Best Agronomist and The Best Chief Engineer awards, respectively. The winners were determined by the following criteria: budget performance indicators, organization of labor within a production section, performance of a production assignment. Winners were given prizes and diplomas. The best employee award ceremony was conducted by Mr. I.V. Chykin, Director of the Agro-Industrial Department. He pointed out in his speech: “It is our honor and responsibility to recognize the most successful employees in this industry whose commitment to the cause and great professionalism guarantee the company’s success”.
